China and Illegal Glock Switch

19-year-old Pensacola resident, Tre’Veonce Ezekiel Sanders, pleaded guilty in federal court to possessing a machine gun, an unregistered firearm, and intent to distribute marijuana after a parcel from China led to his arrest. Federal agencies HSI and ATF investigated the case, which is being prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorney Jessica S. Etherton. 

Sanders faces up to ten years in prison for each firearm charge and five years for the drug offense, with sentencing scheduled for March 10, 2026.
