1 - As I’m in Florida an FFL and Gunsmith, never leave your firearm in a car or unattended, I never leave my sidearm behind. Ever!
2.) Keep it concealed and always holstered, were good.
3.) Stores that sell firearms often also offer to buy them or service them, if you’re bringing it for either of those, bring it in a case and unloaded.
4.) - If you have a firearms retailer who says “YOU MAY NOT BE ARMED HERE” do not shop there.
