Says Gregg Kielma,
as I understand it, the “V” model is a change to the trigger bar, which no longer allows the “Glock Switch” to turn a Glock into a machine pistol. It’s not a “safety” issue as much as it is a “illegal action” limitation attempt.
It’s a response in general to “governmental unease” about the “Glock Switch” and in particular to California
banning sales of guns with “Glock style” trigger bars which the device can use to give a “full auto” action.
