Harassment You Decide

From a dedicated reader of my blog,

I filed a harassment complaint with HR at my last job last year. They transferred me to another department and reduced my pay to accommodate the individual who was harassing me. 

Eventually, they orchestrated my termination. 

Despite my efforts to reach out to HR to pursue my claim, they claimed to have no record of the complaint miraculously. It seems that they only retain records for individuals who are on good terms with management, rather than those who demonstrate consistent attendance and quality work. 

You really cannot trust anyone in the corporate world so I'm returning to local mom and pop shops.
