Let’s say the neighbor you don’t like and doesn’t care for you calls the police and tells them you’re unstable, armed, and threatening people.
The police kick down your door, shoot your dog, throw you to the ground, cart you off to jail to be booked for questioning. They take all your guns and ammo for “safe” keeping. And you did nothing to have suffered this action taken against you.
The ‘neighbor” faces no repercussions for an anonymous tip. Sure, you walk free after a day or two. The police won’t pay for your broken door and windows, your dog is still dead, hell you might be dead if they think you were holding a gun.
